Tuberous Breast Correction with Preservation Breast Augmentation | Subfascial Natrelle SSX Implants Beverly Hills
Description: This patient presented with tuberous, asymmetric breasts characterized by minimal breast volume, dense glandular tissue, and a constricted lower pole that created a narrow, cone-shaped appearance. Dr. Maryam Zamani developed a surgical plan focused on expanding the breast footprint, improving symmetry, and creating a fuller, rounder breast shape. To help the native breast tissue and implants blend naturally, she selected an over-the-muscle approach with implant placement in the subfascial plane. Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch SSX cohesive gel implants were used, with a 470cc implant placed on the left and a 445cc implant placed on the right to address the patient’s underlying asymmetry. The subfascial technique allows the implant and breast tissue to move together as a single unit, which can be particularly beneficial in patients with tuberous breast anatomy. Her results demonstrate improved breast symmetry, expanded lower pole fullness, enhanced projection, and a softer, more rounded breast contour tailored to her frame and anatomy.
