Breast Augmentation with Natrelle Saline Implants for Improved Fullness and Proportion | Dual Plane Breast Augmentation Beverly Hills

This patient desired fuller breasts and improved overall body proportions while maintaining a natural appearance. During consultation, Dr. Maryam Zamani noted breast tissue laxity and discussed the potential benefits of a breast lift to optimize breast shape and nipple position. The patient elected to proceed with breast augmentation alone and defer mastopexy to a later date. To enhance volume and improve lower pole breast contour, Dr. Zamani utilized a dual plane technique, placing Natrelle saline implants beneath the pectoralis muscle. A 550cc implant was placed on the left and a 550cc implant filled to 565cc was placed on the right to optimize balance and symmetry. The dual plane approach allows the implant to better support the lower breast while providing additional upper pole coverage. Her results demonstrate significantly enhanced fullness, improved body proportions, and a more youthful breast contour while preserving the option of a future breast lift if desired.
