Breast Augmentation for Breast Asymmetry with Differential Implant Sizing | 500cc and 550cc Natrelle Saline Implants Beverly Hills

This patient desired fuller breasts while also improving a pre-existing volume asymmetry between the breasts. To create a more balanced result, Dr. Maryam Zamani selected different implant sizes for each side, placing a 500cc Natrelle saline implant in the right breast and a 550cc Natrelle saline implant in the left breast. Both high-profile implants were positioned in a dual plane subpectoral pocket, allowing the pectoralis muscle to provide additional upper pole coverage while achieving enhanced projection and fullness. Differential implant sizing is a common technique used to address natural breast asymmetry and create a more harmonious overall appearance.
