This patient sought breast augmentation to address volume loss and mild natural breast asymmetry. During consultation, Dr. Maryam Zamani noted differences in breast shape and position and discussed the potential benefits of combining augmentation with a breast lift to further improve symmetry. The patient elected to proceed with breast augmentation alone at this time. High-profile 425cc Natrelle saline implants were placed in a dual plane subpectoral pocket, allowing for enhanced upper pole fullness, improved projection, and better overall balance between the breasts. While some degree of asymmetry remains natural in all patients, augmentation alone significantly improved breast volume and proportion while maintaining a natural appearance.
